On the afternoon of November 14, 2020, at 1:30 pm, Sansi Yongheng's partners welcomed another offline learning and exchange meeting to practice the philosophy of Inamori. This time, not only did they receive the support of their soulful friend Chen Yongbiao, but also four guests and friends brought back by Chen Shiyan from Shanghai, as well as one customer and friend from Zhenhai, to bless this reading club. I am particularly grateful for everyone's efforts, which led to this wonderful offline sharing event.

Mr. Inamori Kazuo was born in Kagoshima, Japan. He has been a child king since childhood. After graduating from university and working, he entrusted his life to ceramic products and research and development, and research and development achievements emerged one after another. From then on, he found a volunteer for work and life, striving for the material and spiritual happiness of all employees and making contributions to social development. This passage deeply attracted Mr. Xiong and guided Sansi to start reading.

After the coffee break, the five groups of members returned to the meeting site, and each group appointed a representative to share on stage.

The first person who came up to share was Chen Shiyan, a marketing partner. In the early stage, he checked in and shared daily in the group "How to live", and in the later stage was checked in and shared every day in the company-wide "Kyocera Philosophy". First of all, I am grateful to Mr. Xiong for leading all partners to work hard and continue learning. , I feel that the company’s philosophy and culture learning is getting deeper and deeper. I have visited many companies and found that only culture can lead to more efficient corporate development. My own perception-I must also have a change, from ego-ego-waiting for me -Higher self-Superego-Greater self-Finally pursue the non-self. So this time I brought 4 customers and friends from Shanghai to participate in the learning sharing meeting, praising Chen Shiyan for using actions to practice learning, and all the company partners praised you.

Then I shared Zhang Ming, a partner from the channel department, who did the sharing. First of all, I would like to thank my parents for their nurturing, and then I am grateful to the company, Mr. Xiong, for providing a platform for work and learning so that I can grow. Finally, I would like to thank Li Wusong from the channel department. Lead, I am very happy at work now, and my family is much happier than before.

Next, my warehouse partner Guo Limei shared that she has really changed this year. It used to be easy to confront when we get along with others. After participating in the company to learn, now getting along with others is much smoother, and also learning with Li Fenzhen.“ Ai’s education” now has a very good relationship with her daughter, and her daughter goes to high school with a score of more than 600. Now I am very happy at work and life.

The third person to share on stage is Li Wusong, a partner from the channel department. Firstly, I would like to express my gratitude to Mr. Xiong for leading us in creating a career in Sansi, especially in studying traditional Chinese culture such as "Inamori Philosophy" and "To the Conscience - Part Four". I have learned "the way of sages, my heart is self-sufficient", which has elevated my character and expanded my life and career. A new wish wall has been created in the channel department. Every partner writes down his or her current wishes on the wall every day. In the process of achieving these wishes and things, he or she has honed his or her own heart. In addition, he or she has organized activities such as air bus in the channel department to change the original eight hour daily work into more meaningful eight hours, leading the department to open up a new Xintiandi.

After the learning sharing meeting, we went to the hotel and had an empty bus after dinner. Customer representatives from Shanghai and Zhenhai also gave speeches, which was a rare opportunity for us to learn.
