Product Function Overview: The machine is equipped with a computer and printer, and has dual control and dual display functions. This machine adopts PLC automatic control and measurement, and calculates the rebound angle of the pendulum based on the rebound angle of the punched sample measured by the rotary encoder, automatically displaying the rebound angle β The absorption energy and impact toughness ak value of the sample by the pendulum can be calculated, and data can be edited and test reports can be generated through computers and specialized data processing and control software. Test data, average work of three tests, test time and serial number can also be stored and printed, and remote data transmission can be achieved.

The main body of this machine is made of cast steel material, which makes it rigid and stable throughout the entire testing process, has strong impact resistance, is not easily deformed, the test results are accurate, and the service life is long. Adopting a high torque clutch and a high-power motor makes it more stable and vibration free during swing and release. The low-temperature section adopts a cascade compressor refrigeration technology, utilizing the principle of thermal balance and cyclic stirring method to achieve automatic uniform cooling, constant temperature and temperature adjustment of the sample.
