Material classification:

Ordinary velvet: long fluff synthetic fiber material, commonly used polishing fabric in steel materials;

Silk Velvet: Long fluff silk material, polished with steel or high-precision materials;

Flat velvet: Short plush woolen material, sturdy and durable, commonly used for polishing steel materials or polishing aluminum, copper, magnesium, etc;

Canvas: Non fluffy cotton material, used for rough polishing of steel materials or polishing of aluminum, copper, magnesium, etc; Silk: without fuzz, used for polishing tissues containing graphite or inclusions;

Nylon (flocking): Chemical fiber products used for rough polishing of steel materials;

Woolen fabrics: ordinary and thickened navy fabrics: woolen pressed products, used for fine polishing of soft or steel materials;

Imported Polished Velvet: The material is short, delicate, soft, and suitable for materials such as steel, iron, aluminum, copper, magnesium, etc.

Usage:

When using without glue, place it directly on the polishing disc and fasten it with a pressure ring.

2. The polishing disc can be pasted with adhesive, and the polishing fabric can be directly fixed on the disc. It is made of high-end pressure-sensitive adhesive, and the polishing cloth is flat, so the sample will not produce chamfering.
